What customers ask most.

Open any question for the verified launch answer.

Do you clean homes and offices?

Yes. Cado offers residential cleaning and selected small-office and commercial cleaning. Commercial work follows a qualification and custom-quote path.

How do estimates and confirmed prices work?

Published prices are starting points. Property details, condition, selected extras, service area, and availability are reviewed before Cado accepts the service and confirms the final scope and price.

What is the difference between Standard and Deep / Reset Cleaning?

Standard Cleaning maintains a home that is already in manageable condition. Deep / Reset Cleaning gives more time and detail to buildup, edges, baseboards, fixtures, and other areas that need a stronger starting reset.

What is included in Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning?

It is designed for empty or nearly empty properties. The premium base scope includes the empty oven, refrigerator, cabinets, and drawers, plus move-ready attention to kitchens, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, closets, and empty-room details.

When do recurring discounts begin?

The first visit is full price. Approved discounts then apply to eligible recurring visits: 15% weekly, 10% every other week, and 5% every four weeks, subject to the current $139 recurring price floor.

Do I need to be home?

No. You may provide approved access instructions. Cado confirms access expectations before service and recommends keeping sensitive codes out of ordinary email or form notes.

Do you bring supplies and equipment?

Cado plans the appropriate supplies and equipment for the accepted scope. Tell us about delicate surfaces, product sensitivities, or special property requirements before service.

What should I do with pets?

Tell Cado about all pets in advance. Secure pets when needed for their safety and the cleaning team's safe access. Heavy pet hair can require additional time or review.

What happens if something is missed?

Contact Cado promptly, ideally within 24 hours, with clear details and photos when helpful. The owners will review the concern against the accepted scope and explain the appropriate response.

Which ZIP codes can continue toward automatic booking?

Cado's ten primary launch ZIPs are 46107, 46142, 46143, 46203, 46217, 46225, 46227, 46237, 46239, and 46259. Other areas may be reviewed based on service, date, travel, and capacity.

How are cards and final payments handled?

Residential public bookings are card-only. Cado's intended workflow is to authorize the estimated total normally one calendar day before service, or at confirmation for a same-day booking, then capture the final approved amount after service on the service date. This timing remains subject to final BookingKoala and Stripe verification.

Can I book same-day or Sunday service?

When accepted, same-day booking or changes may carry a $60 surcharge. Sunday service carries a $50 surcharge that Cado applies during review.
