1. Choose a starting point
- Standard Cleaning: your home is already maintained and needs routine attention to kitchens, bathrooms, reachable surfaces and floors.
- Deep / Reset: visible grease, soap residue, accumulated dust or extensive pet hair needs a more detailed starting visit.
- Move-In / Move-Out: an empty or nearly empty home is being prepared for its next occupant. Confirm appliance and cabinet interiors in your written quote.
Condition matters as much as room count. This self-check is guidance, not a confirmed quote. Compare the services in more detail.
2. Share the details that affect scope
Have your approximate square footage, bedroom and bathroom count, ZIP code, preferred date, pets and priority areas ready. Explain buildup honestly and identify rooms that should be excluded. Photos can help show visible conditions but cannot reveal everything.
Ask about cabinet interiors, appliances, windows and other requested extras. Regular vacuuming is not carpet extraction. Hazardous contamination, suspected mold, unsafe access and unusual work need owner review before acceptance.
Your accepted written scope controls what is included. A preferred date is not a reserved appointment; Cado confirms price and current availability before booking.
3. Your 15-minute preparation check
Prepare access, not a pre-clean. You do not need to do the cleaning you have hired the team to perform.
- Clear loose belongings from the agreed work areas and walkways.
- Arrange safe access directly with Cado. Do not put keys, alarm codes or lockbox details in public forms.
- Make running water and electricity available.
- Keep pets safely separate from the work area and explain any access needs.
- Point out delicate surfaces, existing damage and anything not to touch.
- Tell Cado before the visit if the condition or requested work has changed.
Any additional scope or price adjustment needs agreement before the additional work proceeds. Stains, damage and permanent discoloration are not guaranteed to be removable.
4. A clear next step
Review the services, use the service finder, or ask Cado a question. When ready, request your preferred appointment and confirm the written scope. There is no need to subscribe to request a cleaning.
